Dear Stevenson Families,

We have wonderful noon duties on campus that keep our kids safe every day. I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about them since families do not always have the opportunity to interact with them.

Michelle Bouchereau

Has been with us for five years and is our head noon duty.  Michelle was a stay at home mom for many years until she decided to go back to work at Target as a display specialist.  Michelle is incredibly healthy and hits the gym every day. She loves being at Stevenson because she enjoys working with kids, especially the little ones.

Olivero Vargas

Has been with us for two years.  Olivero is a busy happy grandpa when he is not at Stevenson and takes his grandchildren to and from school.  Prior to retiring Olivero was a chef at Stanford University’s food service department.

Lupe Orozco

Loves kids and has worked in multiple districts.  Lupe has four children, two in college, one in fourth grade who is vice-president of the student body, and one child in middle school. Lupe’s two older children are working towards becoming teachers and are leads for the Beyond the Bell after school program in our district.

Renae Rhodes

Is new to noon duty this year but not new to Stevenson.  Renae is an active PACT parent and has a son in first grade and a daughter in high school.  Renae also collects vinyl records.

Monica Esquivel

Has been with Stevenson for two years and enjoys being around kids.  Monica is a dedicated mom and is a gentle and nurturing member of the noon duty team.

Kathryn Skeehan

Loves children and currently has kids at Monta Loma.  Kathryn was once charged by a bear after she told it to go away because she was worried it would wake her newborn who she had just put down.  At the time the most important thing to Kathryn was to make sure the baby could sleep. Before having children, Kathryn studied art and hopes to illustrate children’s books in the future.
