09.23.21

Dear Stingray Parents and Guardians,

Our school and district continue to focus on the health and safety of our students, staff, and school community. This week, parents received an important email from our district regarding on-site COVID testing and a new process for parents to upload COVID documents into PowerSchool.

Here are some of the highlights from the email:

*The supply of test kits and personnel is increasing. As a result, we anticipate that we can start full-scale testing on campuses by mid-October.

*Click here for a video showing what student testing will look like.

*Parents can now upload to PowerSchool the important COVID documents that will help expedite students’ return to school after a COVID exposure.

*Click here for a video that shows you how to upload documents.

Please check your inbox for the email from [email protected] for more details on COVID testing, how to upload your child’s COVID documents to PowerSchool and how to up the effectiveness of kids’ COVID masks.

I will also be hosting a principal’s coffee on Thursday, September 30th at 9am to provide an overview of on-site COVID testing at Stevenson. A recording or the meeting will also be provided for any parents that are unable to attend.

Sincerely,

Ryan Santiago

Principal, Stevenson Elementary
