09.29.21

Dear Stingray Parents and Guardians,

It is amazing to see the learning and the community building that our students receive each day from our wonderful teachers! We are also so fortunate to have an amazing librarian, Sarah Donahue, who brings our library to life and supports our teachers with resources that enhance our classroom projects and units. Mrs. Donahue is passionate about making sure there are quality book choices at every level, for every student. She is hard at work making our space inclusive and rich with perspectives and opportunity to explore ideas and facts. Books here are windows to other worlds and mirrors where students can see themselves reflected.

Tomorrow, I will be hosting a principal’s coffee on Thursday, September 30th at 9am to provide an overview of on-site COVID testing at Stevenson that will begin mid-October. A recording or the meeting will also be provided for any parents that are unable to attend.

Sincerely,

Ryan Santiago

Principal, Stevenson Elementary
